Marfeed Nucleo+

Marfeed Nucleo+ is a formulation of diverse yeast nucleotides, nucleosides, nucleic acids, and nitrogenous bases that support growth, immune function, and palatability in aquatic species.  

Nucleotides are the building blocks of DNA and RNA in all animals and are vital for protein production, cell growth, and repair. Nucleotides are also a source of energy and important modulators of immunity and metabolism.

Due to the low levels of nucleotides in modern plant-based aquatic diets, providing additional nucleotides in feeds is considered beneficial. Having an immediately available source of nucleotides is especially important during energetically demanding times, such as during periods of growth, infection, and handling stress.

By analysing aquatic feeds, ingredients, and animal tissues, we have developed a biologically relevant profile of nucleotides and their associated molecules.
